Booking guarantee

The hotel, through the credit card provided by the client, will charge 30 days prior to the day of arrival the amount of the first night(s) of the room(s) reserved.
In the event that the credit card provided by the customer is not valid, the hotel will contact the customer to inform him/her and he/she will have a maximum of 24 hours to provide another credit card. If the problem has not been solved within 24 hours, the reservation will be automatically cancelled.

Cancellation fees:

If the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the day of arrival, the hotel will refund the full amount charged to the credit card provided.
If the cancellation occurs between 10 and 5 days prior to the day of arrival, 50% of the amount advanced will be refunded, and if the cancellation occurs less than 5 days prior to the day of arrival, the entire amount advanced as a reservation guarantee will be forfeited.

Early departure:

In case of early departure, the hotel will charge 40% of the services contracted and not used.

Tourist tax:

The tourist tax is not included in the prices, being 0,90 € + 10 % VAT per person over 17 years old and a maximum of 7 nights stay.
